Lenoir Police officers will not be charged. After an investigation by the State Bureau of Investigation, District Attorney Scott Reilly announced “We found they acted appropriately in the incident”. Patrol Sgt James Moore, Det Landon Annas and Det Zachary Wickline were all cleared in the August 30th incident. Joshua Alan Kilby was shot. He is expected to be charged after he is released from the hospital.
