The Caldwell County Schools Board of Education has named a new principal at South Caldwell High School. An emergency meeting was held on Thursday. Rob Bliss will replace Phillip Little on Monday. Superintendent Don Phipps said Mr Little will take another position in the school system, that will be announced at a later time.
