Human remains were found last September in Alexander County have been identified. The NC Crime Lab in Raleigh confirmed them to be that of 39 year old Jason Anthony Riddle of Stony Point. He had been reported missing on September 9, 2021, the remains were found on September 28th. The cause of death was not confirmed.
