Assault Charge
Bond was set at $45,000 for a Hickory man. 37 year old Johnny Earl Ramirez was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s officers, he faces felony assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill among other charges.
Multiple Drug Charges
Heroin charges were brought against a Morganton man. 33 year old Vicente Omar Forney was arrested by Morganton Department of Public Safety officers. He also faces possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor larceny. Officers arrested Forney at WalMart
