We reported earlier that a body was found near Lee Cline Rd. and later identified as Luiz Enrique Rodriguez. Juan Jesus Santellan has been arrested and charged with the murder of Rodriguez. At the moment the means of which detectives linked Santellan to the murder haven’t been released. Santellan is being held with no bond.
