A Multi-County Narcotics Investigation uncovers Meth Operation

A multi-county narcotics operation conducted on Thursday by the Lincoln, Cleveland, and Caldwell County Sheriff Offices resulted in the arrest of two Vale residents, Karan Lynn Holmes-Still and Justin Adam Miller. A search warrant was executed at their Willis Road residence, where investigators found 1,150 grams of meth, ten firearms, and more than $4,000 in U.S. currency. The meth seized had a street value of $172,500. Holmes-Still, a convicted felon, was also charged with felony possession of a firearm. Both suspects were charged with two felony counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and single felony counts of maintaining a dwelling to keep or store a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver meth, and possession of a stolen firearm. They were both jailed in the Harven A. Crouse Detention Center under secured bonds, with District Court dates set for March 30.
