Three people have been arrested on drug charges following an investigation that lasted several months and involved multiple law enforcement agencies. The Catawba County Sheriffs Department reports that 48 year old Anglea Marie Gibson of Branchville S.C. has been charged 2 counts of trafficking in Methamphetamine, selling a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school, as well as maintaining a vehicle for delivering a controlled substance. Her bond has been set for $155,000. 41 year old Sentrel L. Bailey of Goose Creek S.C. has been charged with conspiracy to traffic in methamphetamine and jailed under a $200,000 bond. David Shine of North Charleston S.C. was also arrested on trafficking and conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine. His bond was set at $150,000. The Catawba County Sheriffs Department worked with the Hickory Police Department, the North Carolina SBI, and the DEA in this investigation. The arrests in this case led to the seizure of over 1100 grams of methamphetamine, 24 grams of fentanyl, and over $3,000 in cash.
