Early Saturday morning the City of Lenoir issued a boil water advisory for the southwest part of the city. Officials say that water line break on Connelly Springs Road caused a loss in pressure and cloudiness in the water. Residents could expect periods of little to no water pressure which could introduce the possibility of bacteria in the water. The advisory was lifted Sunday morning before 8am.
