The North Carolina Blackberry Festival, celebrating its 20th year, is happening in downtown Lenoir this weekend. Activities include live music, more than 200 vendors, a kid zone, festival food, a 5K run and of course lots of blackberry cobbler. The festival will be open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
