The Granite Falls Town Council has awarded contracts for a splash pad project at the Shuford Recreation Center. According to Parks and Recreation Director Chad Raby, construction will start in the next month and should be completed by May 2024.
The project is funded by a Parks and Recreation Trust Fund grant the town received in 2020. The town also awarded contracts for addition improvements, including new restrooms and a new walking path.
