Newton, N.C. – The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office is investigating several fraud complaints involving a company doing business as CMC Home Solutions. Christopher Mark Collins Jr is listed as the owner of this company.
Collins Jr has been arrested and charged with one count of Obtaining Property by False Pretense by the Burke County Sheriff’s Office. This charge is believed to be connected with Catawba County’s investigation.
The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone who has been a customer of or connected with CMC Home Solutions and or Christopher Mark Collins Jr to contact Senior Investigator Anthony Stobbe with the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office as 828-465-8340.
