The City of Morganton new billing system will be going live on April 20th, 2026.
Visit morgantonnc.gov and click on “Pay my Bill” icon on the main webpage under the search bar to access the new billing software website. Please see the attached instructions (at the bottom of this page) on how to create an account.
For those needing assistance with the setup, the City will be providing on-site help at City Hall. There will be a computer available for customer use to create their accounts.
