New Resource Officer for Three Caldwell County Schools

A Lenoir Police Officer will be spending the school year in three Caldwell County Schools. David Gragg was named the new school school resource officer for Horizons Elementary School in Lenoir, and will also work part time covering Valmead Basic School and West Lenoir Elementary. The News Topic Reports state grant funding made the position possible.
