Granite Falls will install a new sewer line this summer in preparation for the renovations at Granite Falls Middle School. The Granite Falls Water and Sewer Committee awarded a contract for the project to M&M Construction of Banner Elk on Tuesday evening. The News-Topic reports The Caldwell County Schools will reimburse the town for the full cost of the new line, including engineering and permitting fees.
