A Hickory man is facing ID theft among other charges. 39 year old Joshua Aaron Gibbs was arrested by Hickory Police, he also faces felony possession of heroin, possession of a counterfeit instrument and resisting an officer among other charges. Gibbs was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $41,000 bond. A court date set for January 31st, February 21st and February 24th.
