An autopsy of 33-year-old Ron Christopher Broussard, Jr., whose body was found in a tributary of the Henry Fork River, has revealed that his death was a drowning accident. The North Carolina Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has not found any criminal activity or foul play involved. This finding is backed up by the Broussard family, who confirmed that Ron had been living in the Hickory area since last year.
