The Catawba County Board of Education will host a special called meeting at 6 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 18 for a hearing on a challenged book – Monday’s Not Coming by Tiffany D. Jackson. The meeting will be held in the boardroom at Catawba County Schools’ Administrative Services in Newton. Doors will open to the public at 5:30 p.m.
