Lincoln Co. votes on 2nd amendment sanctuary

Lincoln County Commissioners took symbolic action Monday declaring the county a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary, which translates into the County would not enforce any new restrictions on gun ownership.  More than 3000 people had signed a petition supporting the move.
