Juvenile petitions were issued for three 16 year olds males and one 15 year old male. It is in connection to the shooting death of 35 year old Shonniel Blackburn. He was shot at the Blue Ridge Heights Apartments in Hickory. The names were not released due to the ages under NC state law.
