A kidnapping charge was filed in Hickory. 29 year old Jonathan Andrew Johnson was arrested by Catawba County Sheriff’s Officers. He faces felony second degree kidnapping and communicating threats among other charges. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $10,000 bond. A court date was set for June 27th.
