A fugitive from Virginia was arrested in Catawba County. 20 year old Joshua Emmanuel Singletary was arrested by Conover Police. He is wanted by Danville Police in Virginia on charges of aggravated assault with a gun and malicious shooting. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond. A court date was set for today.
