A Hudson woman is charged in the murder of her brother. 20 year old Sara Brianna Prestwood was arrested by Newton Police. The preliminary investigation revealed the 30 year old victim David Brandon Land of Hildebran had been run over by a Ford Ranger pick up driven by Prestwood. The incident took place at Love’s Travel Plaza on Southfork Dr after the two were arguing. He succumbed to his injuries at Catawba Valley Medical Center. Prestwood made a court appearance yesterday.
