Mooresville Police Officers responded to a call regarding an attempted armed robbery at a Super Sport Drive business. The victim reported that when he arrived for work and got out of his car, a white two-door vehicle stopped in front of him. The driver of the car then allegedly approached the victim and brandished a handgun, demanding his car keys. The victim feld the scene without handing anything over. The suspect ran back to his car and escaped. He was described as a younger black man wearing a hoodie and beanie style hat.
