Phillip Thomas Head, a 34-year-old resident of Warsaw, Virginia, was arrested by Lenoir Police Officers on Wednesday, January 25th. He has been charged with two felony counts of indecent liberties with a child and one felony count of incest. He is currently being held in the Caldwell County Detention Center, with a $100,000 secured bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 27th.
