A Morganton man is charged with identity theft. 39 year old Rolando Mario Juarez Vasquez was arrested by Hickory Police. He also faces possession or manufacture a fraudulent ID. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under a $20,000 bond.

He faces felony larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of schedule 2 drugs among several other charges. He was placed in the Caldwell County Detention Center under a $20,000 bond.
